SHIPPING:

All orders are processed immediately and are ready to ship the next business day. Please note, although your order will be shipped the next business day Nydezh is not responsible for any delays the carrier may encounter.

 

SAME DAY orders are only available for products that are being locally delivered. Be sure to choose the "local delivery" option as your shipping method. The order must be placed before 10am est. Any order placed after that time will be delivered the following business day. 

CUSTOM/PRE ORDER items will take 10-14 business days to process before being shipped. 

PROCESSING TIME/SHIPPING TIME are two different time frames. Processing time is how long it's takes us to prepare your order while shipping time is how long it takes to be delivered from our facility to your door step. Our delivery time ranges between 1-2 businesss days, subject to change depending on carrier. 

Holidays and weekends are excluded 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are proud to announce that we ship worldwide! Shipping prices will vary. 

CARRIER:

Nydezh ships all packages through USPS; priority mail.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please be sure to double check your home address before checking out, as we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

ORDER STATUS:

Checking the status of your order? After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received your order. After your order has been processed and departed our facility, you will receive a "shipped" email including a tracking number via; USPS.  

 

RETURN TO SENDER: 

If for any reason your order has been returned to Nydezh, we will contact you in attempts to reship your package. If for any reason the address is still invalid, we will issue you a store credit.
